Your data and results
You retain your rights in the data you submit. SharpED does not claim ownership of your input or output data.
Scientific input and output files are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted from the active service environment after the result has been transmitted or the processing job has been closed. They are not retained in routine backups and are not used to train, validate or improve SharpED or another model.
Scientific responsibility
SharpED output is an algorithmic reconstruction and may contain artefacts, displaced peaks, omitted features or other plausible but incorrect detail. Always inspect the reconstructed and original maps together and validate all conclusions against the measured diffraction data, standard crystallographic calculations, chemical plausibility and appropriate expert judgement.
Terms of use
By submitting data to SharpED, you confirm that you have read and accepted the current service terms and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process the submitted data.
